HamroKhelkud.com a subsidiary of Sudip Media and Events Pvt. Ltd which holds the broadcasting rights of the Nepal Volleyball Association (NVA) has inked a year-long broadcasting agreement with Kantipur Television. Kantipur’s CEO Shishir Pachai and HamroKhelkud’s Editior Prakash Timalsina signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday. Hosted by Nepal, the tournament will take place from the 20th of May to the 30 at the NSC Covered Hall in Tripureshwor, featuring eight teams from Central Asia. NVA confirms 8 Nations for CAVA Women’s Volleyball Challenge Cup

By a Staff Reporter Kathmandu - The Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) Women's Volleyball Challenge Cup will take place in Nepal in May, with eight nations participating, according to the Nepal Volleyball Association (NVA). The host, Nepal, will compete against teams from Bangladesh, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Uzbekistan in the Challenge Cup. The tournament will be held from May 20th to May 29th, 2023. By a Staff Reporter Kathmandu - Hosts Hongwanji New Diamond Youth Sports Club lifted the title of Bagmati Province New Diamond Cup U18 Open National Volleyball Championship. The hosts left Everest Volleyball Club behind in a set of 3-1 on Saturday at the club's under-construction covered hall. New Diamond won the first two sets by 25-19 and 25-20 but lost the third set by 21-25. However, they managed to clinch the victory by 26-24 in a tightly contested fourth set, securing the championship title. The champions New Diamond pursed NRs. 5 Lakhs along with trophy, medals, and certificates. The squad consists of 21 members who have commenced training for the championship after joining the close camp on Sunday.
