Rape allegation reported against Captain Lamichhane

By A Staff Reporter A complaint has been lodged with the Nepal Police against Sandeep Lamichhane, the captain of the Nepali cricket team. Police source confirmed to HamroKhelkud that a complaint was lodged to the Kathmandu Police with allegations of rape on Tuesday. The alleged incident is said to have taken place before Nepali team went to Kenya for a bilateral series. Lamichhane is currently in St. Lucia to play Caribbean Premier League (CPL) with Jamaica Tallawahs. He left National Team after playing five match T20I series which Nepal won 3-2.
