Olympian Bista appointed goodwill ambassador

A meeting of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday has decided to organize the mega sporting event from June 5 to 11 in Pokhara, the capital of Gandaki Province. A meeting of the Council of Ministers on November 29, 2021 had appointed Ghising as the member secretary of the NSC. The then Member Secretary Ramesh Silwal had filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court against Ghising’s appointment arguing that government sacked him before completion of his full term.
