Sandeep, who is accused of coercion of a minor signed a petition to the Supreme Court requesting permission to play overseas which was granted by the bench of Supreme Court judges Sapana Malla Pradhan and Kumar Chudal on Monday. However, he is required to report back to the court within 15 days of the tournament's completion.
