Kathmandu – Scotland edged past Namibia by 43 runs to record its second win in an ongoing Tri-Series under ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 at TU Cricket Ground.

Invited to bat first, Scotland was bowled out for 221 in 48.4 overs. With Opener Kye Coetzer departing for a duck out, Christopher McBride (47) top-scored for Scotland.
While Liam Naylor, who paired with Kyle in opening the innings left the crease for 20 off 21 deliveries, Tomas Mackintosh contributed the second-highest of 34 runs off 48 deliveries with 4 fours.
Likewise, Skipper Richie Berrington 32, Matthew Cross 16, Brandon McMullen 4, Michael Leask 29, Chris Greaves 14, Mark watt 10, and Safyaan Sharif* added 4 runs to the total.
With Namibian pacer Ruben Trumpelmann picking up a 5-wicket haul, Tangeni Lungameni took 2 wickets. Moreover, Bernard Scholtz, Ben Shikongo, and Pikky Ya France claimed 1 wicket each.
