By a Staff Reporter Kathmandu - Nepal APF Club stormed into the final of the Prime Minister Cup T20 National Cricket Championship on Tuesday riding on superb batting performance by Lokesh Bam and Aasif Sheikh. APF saw off Tribhuvan Army Club by 47 runs to fix the final date against Nepal Police Club. Army, who were chasing a massive target of 231 runs for victory, made just 183 runs in 20 overs losing 9 wickets. Army’s Rajesh Pulami scored the maximum 38 runs off 21 balls which included 1 boundary and four sixes. Sharad Vesawkar of APF took three wickets in four overs giving away 16 runs. By a Staff Reporter Kathmandu - Two strong teams of domestic cricket – Tribhuvan Army Club and Nepal Police Club – have been drawn in the same group of PM Cup National T20 Cricket Championship. The PM Cup will be held at TU Cricket Ground and Mulpani Ground from January 10 to 19. Defending champions Army have been drawn in Group A against Police, Karnali Province, Sudur Paschim Province and Province 1. Similarly, Group B consists of Nepal APF Club, Province 2, Bagmati Province, Lumbini Province and Gandaki Province. Holders Army will face Karnali Province in the opening match of the PM Cup. By a Staff Reporter Kathmandu - Cricket Association of Nepal has reached an understanding with four cricketers who faced disciplinary action. CAN President Chatur Bahadur Chand, Acting Secretary Prashant Bikram Malla,  Treasurer Roshan Singh, Chief Coach Pubudu Dassanayake and former captain Gyanendra Malla held a meeting to resolve the dispute. By a Staff Reporter Kathmandu - Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced a 30-member preliminary squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup Global Qualifiers A to be held in the third week of February in Oman. Chief coach Pubudu Dassanayake announced the 30-member squad to play in the qualifiers.
