Kathmandu : Stag International has entered into a sponsorship agreement with table tennis coach Naresh Rawal. ITTF Level 2 coach Rawal has been contracted by Stag International for three years. Vivek Kohli, co-chairman of Stag International, has signed an agreement with Rawal. The agreement period will run from September 1 2021 to August 30, 2024, Rawal said. Stag International will provide Rawal with its products including T-shirts, tracksuits, jackets, shoes, socks, rackets, backpacks, bags, and other items during the appointment period. Arhanta and Bhawana win consecutive Squash titles

 Kathmandu (Hamro Khelkud) - Former champions Arhanta Keshar Singh and Bhawana Sunuwar won the 2nd Dhan Laxmi Maharjan Memorial National Squash Tournament. Arhanta and Bhawana defended their titles winning their singles final on Saturday. Arhanta defended his title by defeating Amrit Thapa Magar in a straight set of 13-11, 12-10, 11-5 in the Men's Singles Final. Arhanta received a cash prize of 18 thousand Rupees while Amrit received 10 thousand Rupees. Likewise, Bhawana won Krishna Thapa 6-11, 11-7, 11-2, 11-7 to defend her title. Samrakshak and Prerana win double golds

 Kathmandu (Hamro Khelkud) - National champion Samrakshak Bhusan Bajracharya and Prerana Koirala won their respective U-16 Singles title in the 1st ANLTA-JTI National Junior Tennis Tournament in Satdobato on Sunday. In the boys final between Samrakshak and Pranav Khanal, Pranav got injured when the match was tied on a set each. Pranav won the first set 6-1 but he lost the second set 6-3 before withdrawing the match through retired hurt. Earlier, Samrakshak had also bagged the U-18 Singles title. Kathmandu (Hamro Khelkud) - Nepal number one badminton player Ratnajit's journey in the Men's Single of Yonex US Open has ended in the very first round of the tournament. In the match held last night, 211st ranked Ratnajit lost 21-18, 21-12 to Canada's Jason Anthony who is ranked 175th in the world.
