Oman Trounce Nepal To Finish Top Of The Group

Kathmandu (HamroKhelkud) - A five-run loss against Oman has restricted Nepal to a second-place finish in Group A of the ICC T20 World Cup Asia Region Finals. Nepal, in their final Group A matchup, suffered a loss at the hands of Oman and qualify for the semifinal, finishing behind Oman in the group. Chasing a target of 146 runs in 20 overs, Nepal lost all ten wickets in 20 overs and made 140 runs.  Nepal, after a faltering start needed their tail to finish the match. Spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, batter Dev Khanal, wicketkeeper Arjun Saud, opener Aasif Sheikh and batter Aarif SHeikh are the five names on the list from Nepal. Big Bash League is the franchise T20 cricket league organized by Cricket Australia and is regarded as one of the best tournaments in the world.  Sandeep is the only name in the list to have previously played in the league.
