Will Madrid be ready to offload Hazard?

Hazard has failed to make his name for Los Blancos since moving from Chelsea in 2019, scoring just four times in all competitions in 35 outings.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old is reportedly on the sidelines with another muscle injury, but he has a Bernabeu deal until the end of the 2023-24 season. Mbappe has hinted that he likes to play as a left-winger only if he is to move away from PSG.

Since Real Madrid already have Hazard, Assensio, and Vinicius Jr. in that position they’ll have to sell one of them to lure Mbappe. Mbappe’s transfer fee can only be compensated by Hazard’s money that too up to some extend. According to AS, if Madrid manages to sign Mbappe, who is still linked with a move away from Paris Saint-Germain, they will be able to offload the Belgian international.

Recently, PSG sports director Leonardo announced that a decision on the future of Mbappe will be taken shortly.
