Japanese star and former AC Milan footballer Keisuke Honda will feature in the Paro FC colors after signing for the Bhutanese outfit earlier this month. Additionally, defender Marko Ivanovic, who played for FC Chitwan in the Nepal Super League last season, and midfielder William Opoku, who played for Birgunj United, are also part of Paro’s team. Pushpalal Sharma coaches the team which includes players from Bhutan’s national team.
Church Boys are leaded by Nepal’s National Team defender Ananta Tamang. The Nepalese side have signed dozen more national team players with three foreigners. Balgopal Maharjan, team’s league title winning coach continues to be on the touchline.
