Kathmandu (Hamro Khelkud) – Nepali national midfielder Rohit Chand scored for Persija Jakarta in a 1-0 victory over Pusamania Borneo in the 15th round of Indonesian Liga 1.
Rohit had given Persija the lead through his 18th minute goal. The goal proved decisive for the home team that added 3 vital points to their tally. Playing in his 13th game of the season, this is Rohit’s second goal. Earlier, he had scored in Persija’s 2-0 victory over Arema FC.
The win puts the Kemayoran Tigers into fifth place. Persija jakarta has 24 points in their 15 games with 6 wins, 6 draws and 3 losses. PSM leads the table with 27 points.
