Nepal is set to take on hosts Bangladesh in an inaugural match of the CAVA U23 Men’s Volleyball Championship 2022 to be held in Dhaka from December 20 to 27.
According to the fixtures revealed on Tuesday, Nepal will face Bangladesh at 3:45 PM NST on December 20. Similarly, Kyrgyzstan will see Sri Lanka in the second match of the same day.
Every participating team will directly qualify for the semis in a championship participated by four nations. However, The group stage matches will be utilized as practice sessions.
The semi-final will kick off on 25th December and the final of the championship will be held on 26th December. Jagadish Bhatta will lead Nepal’s U23 squad to its maiden international tournament.
