Sandesh Sigdel, Kathmandu A late equalizer from Pokhara’s talisman Moses Gyabba has sealed the top spot for Pokhara Thunders in the second edition of the Nepal Super League. Moses, who entered the pitch in the second half after being rested from the starting XI, scored the equalizer in the 90th minute.  In the 42nd minute, Dhangadhi seized the lead when Ahmad Hijazi, securing the ball near his own box, delivered a precise long pass to Olawale. Sandesh Sigdel, Kathmandu Jhapa FC terminated Dhangadhi FC's unbeaten streak by clinching a 2-0 victory on Wednesday, extending their own undefeated run to six matches. Jhapa’s win was made possible by second-half goals from Anjan Bista and Samiraj Thokar.  Right from the outset, it seemed as though victory was scripted for Jhapa. The match, heading towards a stalemate, was pushed towards controversy after Birgunj were awarded a penalty with an apparent handball from Suraj Basnet in the fourth minute of added time.
