Kathmandu (HamroKhelkud) – The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has unveiled the central contracts for the year 2024 with an increase in salaries for graded players. CAN revealed the contracts on Monday following a board meeting of the central working committee held on February 24 and 26.
Notably, six players in the A grade, including captain Rohit Kumar Paudel, will receive a monthly salary of one lakh rupees each.
As per the new arrangement, Grade A male players will receive one lakh per month, while Grade B players will receive Rs 70,000, Grade C players Rs 55,000, Grade D players Rs 35,000, and emerging category players Rs 25,000.
Similarly, female players in Grade A will receive Rs 50,000 per month, with Grade B players receiving Rs 35,000, Grade C players Rs 30,000, Grade D players Rs 25,000, and emerging category players Rs 20,000.
The central contracts have been given to 30 male players and 19 female players for the year of 2024.

Grade A – Rohit Paudel, Sompal Kami, Dipendra Singh Airee, Aasif Shaikh, Kushal Bhurtel
Grade B – Kushal Malla, Gulshan Jha, Bhim Sharki, Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi, Abinash Bohora
Grade C – Binod Bhandari, Arjun Saud, Sandeep Jora, Pratish GC
Grade D – Pawan Sarraf, Sagar Dhakal, Anil Shah, Bibek Kumar Yadav, Aakash Chand, Basir Ahmad, Surya Tamang
Emerging Category – Dipesh Kandel, Rupesh Singh, Rijan Dhakal, Bipin Khatri, Dev Khanal, Arjun Gharti, Hemant Dhami
Women’s Grade:
Grade A – Indu Barma, Rubina Chhetri, Sita Rana Magar
Grade B – Kabita Kunwar
Grade C – Pooja Mahato, Ashmina Karmacharya
Grade D – Apsari Begam, Kabita Joshi, Sangita Rai, Kajol Shrestha, Bindu Rawal
