Kathmandu (Hamro Khelkud) – Sportswear manufacturer company Sahas Sports announced Pratibha Mali as their Brand Ambassador. Sahas Sports appointed Pratibha, who is a member of National women’s volleyball team and New Diamond Academy, as their brand ambassador in a Press conference on Tuesday.
Sahas Sports will also sponsor sportswear to the women’s volleyball team of the New Diamond Academy. The managing director of Sahas Sports Janak Neupane and Pratibha signed the agreement paper. Similarly, Neupane and the Academy’s President Sunkeshari Mali also signed another agreement. As mentioned in the agreement, Sahas Sports will provide Pratibha with ten thousand rupees every month. Likewise, they will also provide Pratibha with sportswear throughout the year.
As mentioned in the agreement, Pratibha will help Sahas Sports to promote their brands. Sahas Sports will provide New Diamond Academy with 50 sets of jerseys and 50 sets of track suits in a year. New Diamond must use the jerseys of Sahas Sports when taking part in any national or international tournaments.
According to managing director Neupane, the annual sponsorship offered to Pratibha and New Diamond is worth three hundred thousand rupees. Managing director Neupane informed that Sahas Sports has been producing jerseys, track suits, T-shirts and sportswear of all the sports. He said,”The Government has recognised volleyball as national sports only a few months ago. Now, we have to be together in its promotion and development. For this, we have selected Pratibha and New Diamond. We hope that our effort will encourage them to perform better.”
Sahas Sports also informed that they were selling their products officially from Tuesday. The products of Sahas are available at Shop no. 602 of China Town and the shop opposite to City Centre in Kamalpokhari. Managing director Neupane said that making sportswear of all the sports available and producing quality products remain their main motives.
