U-15 women’s team shorten to 30

Kathmandu – The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has reduced the U-15 National Women’s team squad to 30. Head coach Bhagawati Rana Magar left out 10 players from the preliminary squad of 40 on Tuesday.

The team will take part in the U-15 SAFF Women’s Championship to be held in Bangladesh from November 1-12. ANFA had previously announced an open trial to form the team.    

ANFA has appointed AFC ‘B’ Licence holder duo Bhagwati Rana Magar and Mangal Maharjan as the Head Coach and Assistant Coach of the team.

Preliminary squad:

Goalkeepers: Radhika Oli, Sujata Tamang, Sanimaya Syangtang, Rupa Dhimal

Defenders: Dipa Magar, Sanji Thing, Anjana Pun Magar, Bipaan Snehi, Renu Limbu, Anisha BK, Amita Bhul, Prerana Dolma Lama, Sita Rokaya

Midfielders: Rebika Nepali, Siwangi Snehi, Manisha Sen, Sushila KC, Simran Rai, Dilmaya Ghising, Yasodha Bohara, Punam Chemjong, Nirmala Acharya, Sabita Mandal, Bhumika Budathoki, Bhawana Pariyar

Forwards: Samikshya Magar, Dipa Rokaya, Barsa Oli, Senu Pariyar, Sukriya Miya
