Kathmandu – Nepal Police Club managed to snatch a point from Manang Marshyangdi Club by playing a 2-2 draw on Monday, in an ongoing Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League 2023 at ANFA Complex.

During the match, Police’s Lebanese forward Ahmad Hijazi shone by striking twice, while Manang’s Roshan Rana Magar and Sayidjamol Davlatjonov scored one goal each.
Ahmad broke the deadlock of the match and kept Police ahead in the 16th minute. Roshan replied to that with a stunning goal, bringing Manang back into the match 17 minutes later.
Then, Manang took a lead in the 44th minute when Sayidjamol directly converterd a corner kick.
However, in the 71st minute, Ahmad scored his brace, earning a crucial point for his side, who are currently at the bottom of the points table.
