Kathmandu – Nepal’s top-tier league side, Sankata Club announced that they have scooped 6 Nepal Internationals for the forthcoming Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League through its social media handle.
Nishan Khadka and Aayush Ghalan, who represented Three Star Club in the previous edition of Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Divison Club departed from the club to join Sankata Club. The Most Valuable Player of the previous edition of the top-tier league, Sunil Bal also joined Sankata.
Moreover, Tekendra Thapa, who donned Jawalakhel Youth Club’s jersey in the previous edition of the ‘A’ Division League has chosen to guard Sankata Club’s goalpost in the upcoming league. Jawalakhel’s Suraj Jeu Thakuri also picked Sankata as his new destination. Furthermore, Sankata Club roped in Tribhuvan Army Club’s right back Gautam Shrestha to add strength to their defensive zone.
