The Football Association of Brunei Darussalam has sent a proposal to the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) to play two friendly matches next month.

On the occasion of the inauguration of its new stadium, Brunei planned to organize a three nation football series by inviting Nepal and Laos. ANFA has received an proposal last week for the match which has been planned to commence under FIFA International Match Calendar.
According to the proposal, the match between Laos and Nepal will be held on September 21, Brunei and Nepal on September 24 and Brunei and Laos on September 27. The host country Brunei, has also stated that it will cover all local accommodation, food and travel expenses. However the proposal does not mention anything about international air fare.
After the arrival of new leadership in ANFA, the second Ex Co meeting which was called off twice is still uncertain. As the meeting was postponed twice, no decision could be taken on serious issues like the competition and yearly footballing calendar. The proposal for the friendly match came a week ago and ANFA has not yet released any official opinion about it.
