Kathmandu – The Nepal National Women’s Football Team is determined to secure a victory against Bangladesh in their second friendly match, scheduled to take place on Sunday at Bir Sherestha Shaheed Shipahi Mostafa Kamal Stadium.

Following their journey to Dhaka for a series of friendly matches against Bangladesh, Nepal drew their first encounter with a score of 1-1. The match witnessed a late equalizer from star-striker Sabitra Bhandari, who managed to salvage a draw for the team.
The second friendly match is set to kick off at 5:45 PM NST. During a pre-match press conference on Saturday, Head Coach Ananta Thapa hinted that his team would adopt an attacking strategy, aiming to secure a victory and return home with a positive result.
Bangladesh and Nepal have faced each other a total of 10 times. Out of these matches, Nepal emerged victorious in six, drew three, and suffered only a single defeat.
