Kathmandu (Hamro Khelkud) – Nepal National Cricket Team all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee has been roped in by the International League T20 side Gulf Giants for the remainder of the campaign. Dipendra is set to depart for the UAE tonight for the franchise league.

Dipendra has been rested from the ongoing ODI series against Canada in Kathmandu.
According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), Gulf Giants has been closely monitoring Nepali players which has led to the selection of Dipendra by the franchise. Expressing his delight with the signing, Dipendra expressed his joy to be involved in the ILT20.
“I am honored to be a part of Gulf Giants in ILT20. It’s a fantastic opportunity, and I am eager to contribute to the team’s success”, Dipendra stated. “I appreciate the confidence the franchise has shown in my abilities, and I am ready to give my best on the field.”
CAN has also wished Dipendra the best for a successful and impactful stint with the team.
Gulf Giants have two matches remaining in the league stage. They will take on MI Emirates today and will round off the league stage against Abu Dhabi Knight Riders on Saturday. They currently sit third on the table with eight points from eight matches. The top four teams out of the six participating will make the playoffs.
