The 22nd edition of the renowned Gold Cup of Nepal, Aaha! Rara Gold Cup is set to take place from December 27, 2022, to January 7, 2023, at Pokhara Rangashala.
The organizers of Aaha! Rara Gold Cup, Sahara Club Pokhara on Thursday issued a statement stating the date of the tournament. Earlier, the tournament used to be held after the completion of Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Divison League.
This year, the tournament is scheduled to be held prior to the regular time and will get completed before Nepal’s top-tier league that begins on January 10, 2023.
Nepal APF Football Club is the reigning champion of the Aaha! Rara Gold Cup. Foreign teams, A Division Clubs, and hosts Sahara Club will compete in the tournament. However, the organizers are yet to disclose the participating teams.
