Kathmandu – The 3-membered squad is set to fly towards Indonesia on Saturday to participate in the 8th World Junior Wushu Championship.
Alish Marik and Alisha Khati will compete in the Taolu Event under the championship. The martial artists will vie in Nanquan, Chang/Nan Quan, and Nangun.
Acting Member-Secretary of National Sports Council (NSC) Anjan Dhamala, President of Nepal Wushu Federation Bir Bahadur Tamang, General Secretary Lakpa Chhiring Sherpa, and others bade farewell to the team at the NSC secretariat amidst a program on Friday.
