Nepal National Football team will take on Mauritius in two friendly matches scheduled to be played on January 29 and February 1, 2022.
Nepal vs Mauritius matches will be played on the home of Nepalese football, Dasarath Rangashala. The friendly matches against 172 ranked Mauritius will be played under the FIFA international match calendar dates.

The last time Nepal hosted international matches were against India on September, which came as a preparation to the SAFF Championship. Nepal went down 3-0 to arch rivals India on the final of the tournament.
Football coach Abdullah Al Mutairi announced a 34 34-member preliminary squad earlier this month with defender Devendra Tamang and four other former national team members including striker Bimal Gharti Magar made a comeback in squad.
Army midfielder Jagajeet Shrestha and Chyasal youth midfielder Ashsih Rai were also later called in the preliminary squad. Jagajeet has scored two goals and assisted one since his first appearance for Army in the Marty’s Memorial A Division League so far this season. He has started 7 out of 8 matches he played for Army this season.
Despite being called for closed camp with the national team in previous ocassions, Jagajeet has not represented for Nepal since 2015.
Nepal vs Mauritius Live Streaming Details
The live streaming details of the friendly matches are unknown so far. All Nepal Football Association has announced an open bidding to acquire the TV rights for two friendly matches, with interested broadcaster to submit a bid exceeding 2 million NPR (around $17000).

According to the notice, the digital rights will be negotiated with the right holder. The live streaming details will be provided as we get an official update from the Nepal Football Federation.
Nepal vs Mauritius – Squad
The preliminary National Team Call included 7 team from Machhindra Football club, the most from a team. Meanwhile, Army has 6 players in the initial call up.
The only teams without a single player call up in the teams are Brigade Boys Club and Friends Club. Relegation threatened Friends stand in the bottom of the league table without a single win in 9 matches so far this season.
