Manish departs from Sankata to Join Thai Club Rayong FC

Kathmandu – The Nepal National Football Team Forward Manish Dangi has successfully completed his move to Thai League 2 club Rayong FC from Sankata Club.

Rayong FC officially announced the transfer on Monday through their social media platforms. With his, Manish becomes the first Nepali player to join the prestigious Thai League 2.

Earlier, Manish represented Etehad Al-Reef Club in Barahin’s second-tier team back in 2022 before making his switch to Sankata Club for Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League 2023.

The 21-years old forward featured in 24 out of 26 Sankata’s most recent top-tier campaigns. Playing for a total of 1930 minutes, Manish scored four goals and provided a couple of assists for his team.

On the international front, Manish made his debut for the Nepal National Team in 2021, and since then, he has made 22 appearances, scoring a total of three goals. His journey with the national team commenced on 29 May 2021, when he made his first appearance and marked it with a goal.
