Muscat- Nepali national cricket team’s all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee was declared the man-of-the-match despite Nepal losing their four-nation T20I series match against Ireland on Monday.
Nepal lost the match against Ireland by 16 runs. Airee performed exceptionally well with both ball and bat but his heroics went in vain.
Ireland, who were invited to bat first after losing the toss, were bundled out for 127 runs in 20 overs thanks to a four-wicket haul by Airee.
Airee also top scored for Nepal with 28 runs off 30 balls. However, Nepal were able to score 111 runs in 20 overs losing 9 wickets.
