Kathmandu – Pacer Abhinash Bohora, wicketkeeper Binod Bhandari, and all-rounder Bibek Yadav are set to make a significant comeback to the Nepal National Cricket Team.

They have earned their spots in the squad for the upcoming 19th Asian Games (ASIAD), scheduled to be held in Hangzhou, China in September. The 19th ASIAD Cricket event will be played in the T20 format.
Three regular ODI players, Arif Sheikh, Gyanendra Malla, and Bhim Sarki, have been excluded from Nepal’s T20 team for the Asian Games.
Wicketkeeper Binod Bhandari, who last represented Nepal in July 2022, is making a much-awaited return to the squad. Similarly, Abhinash Bohora is also making his comeback after being out of the team since April 2022.
Adding to the excitement, all-rounder Bibek Yadav, who was last featured in the Nepali squad during the tour to Kenya in August of the previous year, has been given the opportunity to don the national jersey once again.
